will have some of these this weekend.. they will be cut in pieces as they are a little unwieldy (14lbs +) … have given us three tasty and hearty stews so far… truly, however, in my heritage these are used in ’soup’ – made with lots of ‘food’ (or ground provisions) – and are an essential part of caribbean life. … Read entire article »
